Job Overview
The UKEC Marketing Executive is to provide all‑round support to the Marketing and Channel Development Manager, to contribute to expanding new channels to reach more target customers, increase market influence, and achieve enrolment goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing and Channel Development Manager in developing new multi‑channel marketing projects and campaigns;
- Organize offline or online live events to attract target customers.
- Understand the characteristics of each consultant in the branch and allocate leads reasonably to increase contract signings and enrolment rates.
- Provide timely and efficient assistance in preparing various materials required by sub‑agents.
- Assist the line manager in managing the sub‑agent.
- Fulfil the various needs of partner universities and assist the line manager in maintaining strong collaborative relationships with the universities.
- Promote UKEC through various channels to increase market influence and share.
- Possess market sensitivity, understand the habits and trends of the target customers, and maximize the attraction of the target customers.
- Coordinate marketing requests from different departments/branches/sub‑agents;
- Research and analyse market trends by conducting customer research, market/industry research, media research, etc.;
- Support all marketing activities of departments in UKEC to achieve marketing targets;
- Fulfil any other ad hoc responsibilities designated by line manager.
Requirements
- At least 1.5-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong attention to detail and logical‑minded.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Has a very strong goal orientation.
- Ability to make fair and neutral judgments.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and self‑motivated.
- Experience in filming and video editing is preferred.
- Proficiency in design and editing software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere is a plus.
- Permission to work in the UK.
