Contract Type: Full-time Permanent
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-17:30pm
Location: Manchester
Salary: £26,000–£28,000 per annum (based on work experience)
The key tasks include but are not limited to:
- HR Administration and Coordination
- Manage and maintain personnel files and HR records both online and offline, and ensure them to be complete, accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide guidance to ensure smooth onboarding, internal transfer and leaving process. Assist with organizing regular new joiner induction meetings.
- Ensure all HR files and records to be compliant with UKVI requirements such as RTW checks, record keeping standard for work visa holders. Assist in performing work visa sponsors’ duties.
- Issue HR documents such as employment contracts, HR letters of changes of T&Cs, employment letters, responses to reference request, and so on.
- Maintain End of Month records accurately and keep Finance team updated on time.
- Assist with communicating with internal staff and external partners to ensure compliance with company policy and UKVI rules and regulations.
- HR System Projects
- Be responsible for developing and optimizing the HR function within the company’s internal Office Administration system and CRM System.
- Undertake new HR project or tasks will be allocated/designated to each person based on the nature of the responsibilities.
- Company Culture
- Produce monthly newsletters and company updates to promote company culture and encourage the sharing of information across the organisation.
- Others
- Undertake/be responsible any other HR related work as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experiences:
- Have a degree in HR and/or CIPD level 5 equivalent or above or have been working at a similar level.
- Have sound HR knowledge and be able to demonstrate proven experience in HR administration.
- Experience in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Mandarin.
