About the role

This role supports the development and implementation of the Faculty’s strategic initiatives by designing and enacting operational plans and business cases, working with senior leaders and PS colleagues within the Faculty and at UCL to deliver strategic projects. This role will lead project planning and delivery as well as lead on co-ordination of project work streams to ensure effective collaboration and efficient ways of working to achieve an ambitious set of projects to further the Faculty’s goals.

About you

We are looking for an experienced project manager with a proven track record of delivering a portfolio of projects in an academic setting and working with small teams to accomplish strategic goals. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential, along with highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to engage with colleagues at all levels with diplomacy and discretion. Proactive and self‑motivated, the post holder will be able to balance competing priorities under pressure of deadlines and with a varied workload.
