This position combines research leadership, project and portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and policy development across digital government and digital transformation initiatives. The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, overseeing grant-funded projects, producing policy-relevant research outputs, and coordinating with governments, multilateral organisations, and external partners to shape global discussions on DPI and digital governance.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of digital public infrastructure and public sector transformation, alongside excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. You are confident working with governments, multilateral organisations, researchers, and external partners, and can translate complex policy and research insights into clear, actionable outputs.
