The Academic Programmes Office (APO) is a large vibrant and dynamic professional service support team at IOE. The APO provides student and programme support for all accredited academic programmes, (undergraduate, post graduate and teacher training) as well as for all research student activity.

The IOE Quality Team sits within the Academic Programmes Office (APO). The APO is the largest professional services support team at IOE. It provides student and programme support for all accredited academic programmes as well as for all research student activity.

The Quality Team is responsible for overseeing, managing and monitoring the quality of teaching, learning and assessment at IOE.

About the role

Within the role of Quality Administrator you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the IOE Quality Team, taking responsibility for efficient processes for the effective and accurate management of faculty records.
  • Manage queries to the Quality Team, resolving and responding to key stakeholders, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.

This post is available until 23 April 2027 in the first instance.

You will have experience of administration within a Higher Education Institution, or similar, and experience of working in a customer service environment with a professional and proactive approach and commitment to high quality service delivery, along with experience of producing high quality written communications including reports, minutes, and emails.

You will also have experience of organising and servicing committees, including the production of minutes, drafting of agendas, and the ability to provide full administrative support to the Chair.
