UCL Information Services Division (ISD) seeks an AV and IT Support Officer to provide prompt, in-depth 2nd line support for staff, students, and honorary contract holders. You will deliver field, phone and remote support for IT incidents and service requests, and maintain UCL Managed Desktop environments.
You will install, configure and support desktops, laptops and mobile devices, troubleshoot networking and AV equipment, and support multimedia and video conferencing technologies.
