UCL is seeking a Maintenance Operative specialising in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) and steam system operation to join the Estates Maintenance Operations team.
This hands-on role covers planned and reactive maintenance across CHP plant, district heating, steam and hot water systems and related controls and building services equipment.
You will diagnose faults, respond to breakdowns and carry out repairs to minimise service disruption.
