UCL Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment is recruiting an HR Administrator on an internal secondment from 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027. The post sits within the Bartlett Faculty Operations team and provides first-line HR administrative support across The Bartlett.

You will coordinate recruitment from role identification to onboarding, manage HR records, processing employee changes and payments, assist with probation, appraisals and training, and liaise with finance to support the employee.
