About the role
Investigate the role of T cell immunity in disease progression in myeloma. Use AI-driven structural biology (e.g., AlphaFold) to identify T cells that recognise the cancer. Probe and model the functional dynamics of these T cells as the disease progresses. Examine how genetics and ethnicity influence immune response and clinical outcome.
About you
- Background in engineering, mathematics, physics or biology.
- Willingness to engage in advanced computer science; experience in programming is helpful.
- First or Upper Second (2.1) Bachelor and/or Masters level degree in a relevant subject.
