As Faculty Assistant, you will play a key part in keeping the Faculty Office running smoothly, providing high-quality administrative support to members of the Faculty Senior Leadership Team. Working closely with the Faculty Executive Assistant, you’ll help coordinate diaries, meetings and events, ensure day-to-day office processes are well managed, and respond confidently to changing priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment. This role will suit someone highly organised and service-focused, with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the confidence to work with discretion across a wide range of stakeholders.

You’ll be an experienced administrator (educated to A level/NVQ Level 4 or equivalent, or able to demonstrate substantial relevant experience) with a strong track record of supporting senior colleagues in a busy, complex organisation. You’ll bring excellent organisational and time-management skills, confidence juggling multiple priorities, and the attention to detail needed to produce accurate work under pressure. With strong written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be comfortable working with tact, discretion and professionalism with a wide range of stakeholders. You’ll be proactive and resourceful, able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance, and you’ll be an advanced user of Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams).
