Our Marketing and Communications team plays a vital role in connecting future students with everything UCL has to offer. As we continue to evolve our digital engagement and CRM capability, we're looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Manager to help shape personalised, data-driven communications that enhance every stage of the prospective student journey.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious team, working with colleagues across marketing, digital, data, technology and student recruitment to deliver best-in-class CRM marketing using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
About the role
As CRM Marketing Manager, you'll lead the planning, delivery and optimisation of sophisticated CRM marketing campaigns and customer journeys that inspire prospective students and support recruitment across the University.
Working across multiple stakeholder groups, you'll use customer insight, segmentation and marketing automation to deliver personalised communications that improve engagement and conversion. You'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered to a consistently high standard, using performance data, testing and continuous optimisation to enhance the customer experience.
You'll play an important role in the ongoing development of our CRM capability, identifying opportunities to improve processes, championing best practice and helping shape the future roadmap of our Microsoft Dynamics platform. You'll also support and coach junior colleagues, providing quality assurance, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
This is a varied role combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on how one of the world's leading universities engages with prospective students.
As part of this role you will be an active member of VPEE, working at 4 out of the twenty-eight onsite graduation ceremonies each year, and two out of three prospective student onsite Open Days as a minimum.
Please note, this is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave offered on a hybrid working basis with currently a minimum of 1-2 days onsite in our London Kings Cross office (subject to change).
