LAHP EDI Evaluation Manager

The London Arts and Humanities Partnership (LAHP) is one of the UK's leading doctoral training partnerships, bringing together world-class universities and cultural organisations to support the next generation of arts and humanities researchers.

For this job we're seeking an organised and collaborative individual to coordinate a strategic review of LAHP's Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Strategy. This is an opportunity to support an important evaluation process that will help shape the future of inclusive doctoral education across higher education and the cultural sector.

Working closely with the LAHP Academic Director and a range of internal and external partners, you'll coordinate the evaluation of LAHP's EDI Strategy and provide organisational and administrative support to an independent expert review panel. You'll ensure the panel has the information, evidence and support needed to conduct an effective review, coordinating meetings, preparing papers, collating evidence and maintaining project documentation throughout the evaluation. You'll work with colleagues across LAHP to gather quantitative and qualitative evidence, including data, documentation and stakeholder feedback, and support engagement with students, alumni, academic colleagues and sector partners.

You'll also help synthesise evidence and coordinate the development of the final evaluation report and/or practical toolkit, ensuring the panel's findings are clearly presented and can inform future policy, practice and action planning.

This is a varied role requiring excellent organisation, project coordination and stakeholder management skills, alongside a good understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion within higher education or a related sector. To do this job you'll need to be adept at coordinating complex projects and working with a range of stakeholders. You'll have experience coordinating panels, committees or other stakeholder groups, including taking minutes. You'll be confident managing competing priorities, supporting committees or expert groups, and ensuring projects are delivered effectively. An understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion will enable you to support the evaluation process and engage confidently with the issues being considered.
