Job Title: Senior Sales Executive - Automotive Aftermarket Location: Portsmouth | Regular Travel Across the UK Competitive Salary £45,000-£55,000 + commission depending on experience As we continue to grow, we are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Executive to help expand our presence within the motor factor and automotive aftermarket sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated sales professional with proven experience in the motor factor, automotive aftermarket, or automotive trade supply industry. You will be responsible for building relationships with motor factors, distributors, trade customers, fleet operators, and other key industry partners to drive revenue growth and increase market penetration. The role is primarily office based, requiring regular travel throughout the UK, with Portsmouth serving as your base location. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the motor factor and automotive aftermarket sectors. · Develop strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets. · Conduct customer visits, trade meetings, and industry networking activities across the UK. · Work closely with the CEO to identify growth opportunities and execute business development strategies. · Manage the sales pipeline using CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. · Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth. · Proven track record in business development or sales within the motor factor, automotive aftermarket, automotive accessories, or automotive trade supply sector. · Demonstrable success in winning and growing customer accounts. · Strong network and understanding of the UK automotive trade market. · Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills. · Full UK driving licence.
