Overview
We are a growing international recruitment and business services firm with established operations across the UK, UAE, and Asia. Our mission is to connect talented candidates with leading employers across a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, IT, and professional services.
As part of our expansion, we are building a network of Commission-Based Recruitment Associates who can leverage their networks, market knowledge, and business development skills to connect employers and job seekers. This is a commission-only role, ideal for self-motivated professionals who prefer flexibility and unlimited earning potential over a fixed salary.
Role Purpose
The Recruitment Associate will focus on introducing companies (clients) and candidates (job seekers) to our recruitment agency. By using your personal and professional network, you will identify hiring opportunities, refer suitable candidates, and support successful placements. You will operate independently while being backed by our internal recruitment operations team who handle contracts, invoicing, compliance, and account management.
This role is not about daily admin, it is about making valuable connections and being rewarded financially when placements are made.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach companies with active or upcoming hiring needs in our target regions. Present our recruitment services to HR managers, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Build long-term relationships with employers, introducing them to our recruitment solutions. Track and report client leads, opportunities, and conversion outcomes.
- Candidate Sourcing & Networking: Use your network, referrals, and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) to identify job seekers. Refer qualified candidates to our internal recruitment team for matching and processing. Maintain candidate engagement and ensure a professional, confidential experience. Introduce niche or hard-to-find talent where possible. Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure candidate/client matches. Provide updates on introductions, referrals, and market feedback. Uphold the company’s brand, compliance, and data protection standards in all activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Motivated by performance-based earnings (comfortable working commission-only).
- Ability to independently manage your own outreach and time.
- Professionalism and ability to represent the company’s brand with credibility.
- Access to a network of either potential clients (employers) or candidates (job seekers).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, sales, or business development.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and placement cycles.
- Familiarity with industries such as healthcare, hospitality, IT, or professional services.
- Established LinkedIn presence or recruitment connections in the UK, UAE, or Saudi Arabia.
Compensation & Rewards
This role operates on a commission-only structure.
- Commission Rate: Earn 40–50% of the client placement fee for every successful hire made through your introductions.
- Fees are paid after the client has paid us.
Earning Example:
- Candidate placed at £30,000 annual salary. Client fee = 15% of salary = £4,500.
