Duties and responsibilities related to the Head Chef role:

  • You will ensure flawless execution, creativity, and operational excellence while maintaining the highest Hyatt brand standards.
  • Oversee planning and execution of all food production, ensuring consistency, quality and timely delivery.
  • Lead, develop and inspire the Culinary Team, creating clear structure, accountability and strong service leadership during peak operations.
  • Drive food cost control, labour efficiency, and waste management in line with budgeted KPIs.
  • Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene and brand standards across all areas.
  • Monitor guest feedback and operational performance, implementing improvements that enhance both experience and profitability.

About you:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within premium hotel operations. A structured, hands-on leader with strong operational control, who can maintain exceptional culinary standards in a fast-paced environment.
