What you’ll do:

  • Manage and mentor a team of five systems engineers working on UAV integration. You’ll guide their development while keeping close to the engineering yourself, spending around 40% of your time on design and testing.
  • Design, develop and integrate complex avionics systems including control, navigation, communication and C2 systems.
  • Assess subsystem failures and their impact, ensuring systems stay reliable under pressure.
  • Create user and maintenance documentation, giving you experience across the full product lifecycle.

What you’ll need:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and guide other engineers.
  • Experience designing, developing and testing complex electrical, electronic or software-based systems.
  • Hands-on integration experience using hardware rigs to bring systems together.
