Showcase Your Teaching Skills

Prepare to discuss your teaching philosophy and any relevant experience you have. Think about how you would explain complex driving concepts in simple terms. Practising mock lessons can help you articulate your approach clearly.

Be Ready for Scenario Questions

Expect questions that assess how you would handle various situations on the road or in the car with a learner. Prepare examples from your past experiences where you successfully managed challenges or helped someone improve their skills.

Ask Insightful Questions

At the end of the interview, don’t forget to ask questions! Inquire about the support provided during training, the types of learners you’ll be working with, or the culture at My Four Wheels. This shows your genuine interest in the role and helps you gauge if it’s the right fit for you.
