My Four Wheels is a 5-star rated driving school with 500 instructors already on the road nationwide and we are expanding across the UK.

We will train you from the start and guide you all the way to becoming an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

  • Excellent Earning Potential: £38/hour typical lesson rates, supporting strong income whether you work part-time or full-time.
  • Local Work, Less Travel: Most instructors teach within 30 minutes of home, typically covering 6-8 postcodes, helping you maximise teaching time and reduce travel.
  • Trainee Licence: After passing DVSA Part 2, you are able to apply for a trainee licence, allowing you to begin teaching and earning sooner while completing the final stage of qualification.
  • New Training Academy: Our new Training Academy provides a structured route through DVSA Parts 1, 2 and 3, combining flexible online learning for theory and preparation, in-car coaching to build driving and teaching ability, lesson plans, resources and ongoing support to help you succeed.
  • Training Fees Paid Back in Full: All instructors pay for training. Training fees can be paid back in full after you have worked with us for 1 year (ask for details).

You will help learners gain independence, improve road safety, and experience the satisfaction of seeing students pass and succeed.
