Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HVAC Maintenance Manager to oversee a nationwide HVAC division. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical expertise in HVAC and air conditioning systems, and a proactive approach to ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with supervisory experience and mechanical knowledge to lead a team and manage complex projects within a dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of HVAC systems across multiple sites, including tenders and quotations.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes to minimise downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage projects related to HVAC upgrades, replacements, or system optimisations, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and control system documentation such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
- Lead a team of technicians, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and organisational policies.

- Proven management and leadership abilities with supervising experience in technical environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to plan and execute complex maintenance projects effectively.
