UK Chauffeurforce is a London-based premium chauffeur service providing fixed-rate executive transport across the UK and globally. Our clients include corporate organisations, travel managers, EAs, PAs and VIP travellers who expect reliability, discretion and consistency. We are investing heavily in new booking technology and positioning ourselves for long-term growth.
You will be responsible for winning new corporate accounts and developing strategic partnerships that generate long-term revenue. Important: We do not reward account sign-ups alone. We reward active, revenue-generating accounts.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospect and secure new corporate clients
- Build relationships with EAs, PAs, travel managers and procurement teams
- Develop affiliate and partnership opportunities
- Drive adoption of the UK Chauffeurforce booking portal and app
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate reporting
- Represent the brand at meetings and industry events
Essential:
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Previous experience within chauffeur services, ground transport, executive travel or corporate travel sectors
- Strong prospecting and LinkedIn outreach capability
- Confident communicator with a polished, professional approach
- Self-motivated, commercially disciplined and target-driven
- Experience in winning new corporate accounts through outbound business development
Highly Desirable:
- Existing network within EAs, PAs, travel buyers or procurement teams
- Experience working with TMCs, DMCs or affiliate networks
- Understanding of premium/VIP ground transport operations
- Bonus if you understand ground transport, chauffeur services or TMC environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and creating business proposals
- Understanding of luxury service offerings, customer expectations, and demands
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in the transportation or luxury service industry is a plus
