The UK Chamber of Shipping is seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Coordinator to support the work of the Merchant Navy Training Board (MNTB), the body responsible for promoting and upholding the highest standards in UK seafarer education and training.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the UK’s maritime skills landscape. You will provide vital administrative and coordination support to the MNTB Director and wider team, helping to deliver projects, meetings, and communications that underpin the work of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in a membership, education, or maritime setting would be advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a collaborative approach are key.

Salary: c£26,500 (plus generous pension and benefits package)

Location: London / Hybrid

Please note: Unfortunately, the UK Chamber of Shipping is unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position, and only candidates with existing eligibility to work in the UK will be considered.
