Senior Recruitment Consultant 180 Competitive salary + benefits and commission Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire Hybrid working The Carbon60 Aviationteam is looking for an ambitious Senior Recruiter to join us in Aylesbury on a hybrid basis. With a great client base and a steady flow of roles incoming, all you need to do is fill temp and perm roles for some of our Key Accounts.This means no cold calling for new business and no out of hours or on call life. What will you be doing? Generate and effectively manage candidate applications to ensure a positive candidate experience Assist with the screening / interviewing of candidates that results in successful placements Candidate searches on the database, external job boards and Internet Deal promptly with candidate calls/queries, either directly or by referral to the appropriate Consultant Ensure all paperwork including contracts,PORTW, ID,TOE\’sand other relevant documentation is correctly completed, verified and stored Resolve all contractor queries Person spec: At least 1, 2 years of experience in a client facing Recruitment Consultant role Aviation background Strong understanding of industry and market Excellent communication skills Strong relationship builder Company overview: Carbon60 is a technical recruitment consultancy and service provider.
