Recruitment Consultant – All levels of experience – No Sales £23,000 – £30,000 pa + Competitive commission and benefits Segensworth, Hampshire Carbon60’s Engineering team works with technical and engineering permanent staff and professional contractors at all experience levels, specializing in production, design, testing, installation, commissioning, operations, procurement, purchasing, maintenance, project, and programme management, as well as sales and business development. We support engineering businesses that manufacture, distribute, or service physical products. Our teams are structured to reflect the entire production lifecycle, emphasizing quality service, technical understanding, and long-term client partnerships. With growth in our Key Accounts/Managed Service Division, we are expanding our delivery capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Work on high-volume temporary and permanent accounts as an experienced Delivery Consultant Attend client meetings, provide progress reports, and manage information effectively Understand and qualify hiring requirements through on-site contacts Source, screen, and manage candidate applications to ensure quality and appropriateness Coordinate interviews, obtain feedback, and communicate effectively with candidates Negotiate offers and manage related paperwork Ensure data accuracy and compliance in the database Maintain relationships with on-site contacts and resolve contractor queries Track and manage contractor workforce data Monitor service performance against SLAs and meet placement targets Mentor junior colleagues Why Carbon60 Engineering?
