As we continue to grow - strengthened by the recent acquisition by Azenta Life Sciences - we’re expanding our commercial team and looking for 3 Territory Sales Managers to drive new business and build lasting client partnerships.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business and growing existing accounts across your region. You’ll work closely with pharma, biotech, CRO and academic clients to position UK Biocentre’s end-to-end sample management and storage solutions. This is a high-impact, consultative sales role where you’ll combine scientific understanding with commercial expertise to deliver real value to clients.
- Develop new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, CRO and academic markets
- Deliver compelling presentations (virtual and in-person) to prospective clients
- Manage sales opportunities and pipeline activity within Salesforce CRM
- Work closely with Project Management to ensure seamless client experience
- Support client site visits and facility tours
- Deliver accurate forecasts and contribute to sales reporting
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through a structured territory strategy
3+ years’ experience in Life Sciences sales (services preferred)
- Strong understanding of pharma, biotech or CRO environments
- Consultative, solutions-led approach to sales
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Willingness to travel regularly (client meetings, events, conferences)
- Degree in a science-related field (preferred)
