We welcome applications from candidates with experience in biomedical, life sciences, healthcare, or other highly regulated sectors (such as pharmaceuticals and pharma).
UK Biocentre is at an exciting stage of growth, supporting life-changing biomedical research through world-class biobanking and laboratory services. We are seeking a Head of Programme Management to provide strategic leadership across multiple interrelated projects, ensuring operational excellence, governance and delivery assurance.
As Head of Programme Management you will act as the central point of visibility for project status across the organisation, driving strategic outcomes and enabling proactive planning and resource alignment. You will work closely with senior leadership to maintain high-quality service delivery, promote collaboration and foster continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be a visible and influential leader with experience of managing complex, multi-faceted programmes, ideally within a regulated or scientific environment. Strong stakeholder management, governance and change leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to inspire teams and working in collaboration to ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
