This role sits right at the centre of recruitment. You’ll join a Talent Acquisition team that’s evolving how we attract and engage talent using data, digital tools, and creativity to build a more proactive, insight-led recruitment function.
This is a role focused on sourcing; you’ll help drive a shift towards a more proactive, data-informed approach to recruitment. That means identifying talent early, engaging candidates through the right channels, and building pipelines that support both current and future hiring needs.
You’ll work closely with the wider TA team to improve how we engage with candidates from social media and employer branding through to early careers and talent communities. It’s a hands-on role with real scope to shape how we work.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Support the creation of social media posts and employer brand materials to attract talent.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Manage high volumes of recruitment activity, ensuring accurate and timely updates to applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Contribute to recruitment-related projects such as employer branding, systems improvements, and recruitment events.
Is this you?
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong social media skills, with an understanding of how to build a recruiter profile that resonates with candidates.
- Familiarity with AI recruitment tools and automation platforms.
- Experience in candidate sourcing within a recruitment environment.
- Ability to analyse data and sourcing metrics to inform decisions.
Working hours are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility, 2-3 days on-site with hybrid working available. Located in Greater Manchester.
