Responsibilities:
- Contributing as an active member of project teams to support delivery and programme success.
- Assisting project managers with the production and maintenance of project documentation.
- Acting as a subject‑matter guide on the UK Biobank Project Framework and advising project managers when required.
- Maintaining risk and issue logs, change control records, and assurance documentation.
- Supporting stakeholder communication and engagement activities across projects.
- Taking ownership of assigned workstreams or projects as directed by the PMO manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience working collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- The ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Experience supporting change management or business transformation initiatives.
Working Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility. 3 days on site with hybrid working available. Located in Greater Manchester (initially based in Stockport with a move to Manchester Science Park mid to late 2026).
