Main Responsibility: Assist the branch in achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networks, and corporate relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling calls and emails promptly
- Address customer queries and complaints, directing them to relevant departments when needed
