Main Responsibility:
Assist the branch in achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networks, and corporate relationships
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling calls and emails promptly
- Address customer queries and complaints, directing them to relevant departments when needed
- Cross-sell products and services to existing clients through ongoing communication
- Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the branch
- Support business development by promoting and attending events
- Process new account applications, including NRI and postal service requests
- Handle AML Risk Matrix, postal register, and clerical duties as needed
- Operate cash register and process remittances, ensuring compliance with policies
- Maintain AML format for large cash transactions
- Provide cover for other roles as required by the Area Branch Manager
