Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, technical assistance to the Heads of Performance Monitoring, Liability, Operations & Cross-Sell, and coordination support to HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings with internal teams and external clients. Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes. Track and follow up on action points.
  • Diary & Calendar Management: Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and contact lists.
  • Travel Management: Arrange travel and logistics (flights, accommodation, transport, visas) for staff and guests.
  • Office Administration: Handle purchase orders, payment requests, and stationery supplies. Maintain an efficient filing system and manage office hospitality. Act as the first point of contact for calls and visitors.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Manage CEO’s emails and correspondence. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Relationship & Contact Management: Maintain and manage key contacts and vendor relationships.
  • Reporting & Business Support: Provide business insights, prepare reports, presentations, and performance analysis. Support decision-making through data compilation and analysis. Coordinate HR-related activities and event-based tasks.
  • Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as delegated by the CEO.
