We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established banking organisation for a detail-oriented Senior Associate to join their Administration team. This is a varied, hands-on finance role sitting at the heart of day-to-day banking operations. You'll take ownership of invoice processing, payment administration, and general finance support - working within a busy, close-knit team where accuracy and reliability really matter.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Processing invoices and managing supplier payments
- Handling BACS and SWIFT payment transactions
- Maintaining accurate financial records and payment documentation
- Supporting VAT reporting and expense allocation
- Liaising with internal departments on payment queries and resolving issues promptly
- Assisting with lease administration and matters relating to expatriate employees
