Job Role : To provide admin support to the department
Responsibility
- Assisting in Administrative work (filing, scanning, copying).
- Dealing regularly with Mobile Service Provider and keeping up to date of Mobiles Phones Inventory for the Bank.
- Setting up video and audio conferences, projectors, PCs, and laptops.
- Working together with Senior Associate and other Managers within Department
- Assisting Manager β Premises / Facilities in procurement of all Desk phones systems, PC's , Laptop, UPS etc.
- Assistance in logistics for sending Items to different locations.
- Invoice processing (Various types of invoices).
- Working closely with Premises / Manager β Facilities
