Main Responsibility:

Assist the branch in achieving sales goals by providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through referrals, networks, and corporate relationships
  • Deliver excellent customer service, handling calls and emails promptly
  • Address customer queries and complaints, directing them to relevant departments when needed
  • Cross-sell products and services to existing clients through ongoing communication
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the branch
  • Support business development by promoting and attending events
  • Process new account applications, including NRI and postal service requests
  • Handle AML Risk Matrix, postal register, and clerical duties as needed
  • Operate cash register and process remittances, ensuring compliance with policies
  • Maintain AML format for large cash transactions
  • Provide cover for other roles as required by the Area Branch Manager
