UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a Strategic People Business Partner to shape people strategy alongside senior leaders, align plans to business priorities and drive organisational design and workforce planning. You will act as a trusted adviser, leading complex initiatives and fostering high-performing teams to deliver fusion energy goals.
You’ll partner with Trade Unions and employee groups, embed people data into decision making, and collaborate with Talent, L&D and Reward to deliver.
