UK Atomic Energy Authority seeks an IT Service Management Analyst to join the ITSM Group within the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions unit.
You will support ITSM process development, configuration, operation and continual improvement, ensuring IT services deliver value across the organisation.
The role requires onsite presence (3–5 days/week) with flexible working options where compatible.
UKSV/DBS checks apply; Culham site is the primary advert but other UKAEA locations may be considered.
