UK Athletics WCP Throws Lead Olympic and Paralympic
Full-time
Hybrid with regular requirement to work in Loughborough
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of UK Athletics’ WCP throws plan across both Olympic and Paralympic programmes
- Align WCP throws activity with the wider performance pathway, including UKA Futures
- Act as the main point of contact for WCP throws athletes and their coaches
- Ensure WCP support is aligned to individual athlete plans
- Provide on-the-ground support at training camps and major championships
Required Experience:
- Experience working with Olympic and Paralympic throwers
- Involvement in major championship teams (e.g. Olympic or Paralympic Games)
- Experience supporting athletes in World Class Programmes and working within an NGB
