The predicted salary is between 26400 - 52800 Β£ per year.
Do you have the technical expertise required to own the day to day health, configuration and scalability of our internal Salesforce platform? This is a key role, working closely with our Head of IT, delivering user support and training to colleagues at all levels of the Ri, helping build a network of super-users.
You will manage the security, data quality, automation and integration of any connected Salesforce apps in a multi-cloud environment, managing users and maintaining auditability and platform governance.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and advising how we can better leverage Salesforce across the Ri
- Producing reports and analytics
- Creating and modifying automated workflows
- Managing our in house service desk
