We are expanding our team to deliver exceptional experiences and develop new programmes. We are looking to recruit one full-time (37.5 hours) Astronomer and Science Communicator.

Formal qualifications are not essential; demonstrating enthusiasm and communication skills are more important. We value diverse experiences. What will you be doing?
You will be part of a small team of 15, supported by 40 volunteers. Your focus will be on delivering events to the public at the observatory, schools, venues across the region and online via streaming services. Much of your work will be on-site in Kielder.
