We’re looking to recruit a Results Administrator joining the Legal and Regulatory Affairs Directorate to play an active role in maintaining an efficient Results function.

Job Purpose
Helping UKAD process the outcomes from the drug testing of athletes and liaising with the laboratory to facilitate sample analysis. Reviewing documents from drug tests and providing feedback to ensure compliance with procedure.
Key result areas
- Data entry into databases and spreadsheets, including ADAMS.
- Processing of test outcomes, including scanning of hard-copy documents, management of digital reports, sharing relevant documentation with external organisations and filing of electronic / hardcopy paperwork.
- Monitoring the shipment of samples and paperwork, identifying any delays to consignments and working with other teams and organisations to resolve problems.
- Reviewing documents from drug tests and providing feedback to ensure compliance with procedure.
- Providing the laboratory with analysis requirements for samples and resolving issues or anomalies.
- Forecasting weekly sample load at the laboratory and supporting management of analytical outcomes relating to the Athlete Biological Passport.
- Supporting team activities in relation to Major Events and the use of Paperless Doping Control.
Person specification
- Demonstrable experience of working within a process driven environment and responding to client correspondence.
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience in administration and of using packages such as MS Office products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide feedback on performance issues.
