We’re looking to recruit an Education Workforce Officer joining the Education team to play an active role in the delivery of our Education Strategy by coordinating the recruitment, training, accreditation, and deployment of UKAD’s Education Delivery Network (EDN).

Job Purpose
You will coordinate the ongoing organisation of scheduled training and development of the wider EDN, coordinating the allocation of National Trainers, as well as facilitating the relevant Quality Assurance (QA) processes ensuring the EDN maintains high delivery standards.
Key result areas include
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships with the EDN, helping to support their training and continuous professional development
- Create and maintain QA processes to ensure a consistent high standard of delivery across National Trainers and Educators.
- Develop and maintain effective positive relationships with the EDN and stakeholders to support the implementation of education and information programmes
- Fulfil secretariat duties in the organisation and delivery of the quarterly NT Steering Group meetings
- Support the EDN with utilising the Clean Sport Hub as a monitoring and evaluation tool
- Coordinating the relationship with the warehouse provider to action resource and merchandise requests from stakeholders.
- Coordinate all NT allocations for 100% me and Major Games Education sessions in association with the Performance Pathway Education Lead.
- Coordinate the resources required by the EDN through ShareFile, including regular reviews and content creation
- Contribute to team deliverables as outlined in the annual education plan, including contributing to business reporting and the 2027 World Anti-doping code implementation project
- Support the Digital Learning and Workforce Manager in assessing risk, budget challenges and viability of programmes, escalating risks in a timely manner
- Experience of coordinating and supervising a tutor (or equivalent) workforce, including training, deployment and quality assurance
- Experience of project management including planning, scheduling tasks and evaluating against agreed milestones
- Experience of supporting organisations to deliver against agreed outcomes
- Experience of working within in an education and/or in a sport-related organisation
- Demonstrable experience of team working and ethos of ‘can do’ whilst showing understanding and sensitivity to others’ views and objectives
