The Apprenticeship Delivery Analyst supports the operational delivery and continuous improvement of the International Cybersecurity Early Careers Programme, ensuring interns across multiple regions receive consistent, high‑quality training and development. This role is to cover a 12‑month based maternity period FTC. This role is responsible for supporting programme delivery across the UK and Brazil, with expansion planned into South Africa, Peru and Chile. The role focuses on training delivery, programme coordination and continuous improvement, supporting interns as they progress through a structured cybersecurity curriculum and professional development programme.
Programme Delivery
- Support the delivery of all scheduled curriculum modules and professional development sessions across the Early Careers Programme.
- Assist in the facilitation and coordination of cybersecurity training sessions for interns across the UK, Brazil and future programme locations.
- Deliver training modules and workshops using prepared curriculum materials.
- Ensure all training content is delivered consistently across regions and cohorts.
- Support delivery of intern induction sessions to introduce programme expectations, performance standards and development pathways.
- Assist with preparation sessions for industry certifications, including study planning, video learning resources, mock assessments and structured revision sessions.
Programme Operations and Intern Support
- Track intern and apprentice progress across the programme and maintain regular progress reviews.
- Maintain documented improvement plans for participants who require additional support.
- Monitor intern engagement and performance against programme objectives.
- Support quarterly readiness reviews for End Point Assessment (EPA) and certification milestones.
- Ensure interns and apprentices are fully prepared for certification examinations or programme completion milestones.
- Maintain programme documentation, reporting dashboards and learning records.
International Programme Support
- Support the operational delivery of the Early Careers Programme in the UK and Brazil.
- Assist with the onboarding and induction of new interns joining from international mine sites.
- Contribute to the standardisation of programme materials to support future expansion into South Africa, Peru and Chile.
- Support the coordination of training across different time zones.
Training Content and Curriculum Management
- Prepare and maintain training materials aligned to Cybersecurity Operations capability requirements.
- Ensure curriculum materials are available and maintained in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
- Continuously improve learning materials based on intern feedback and performance outcomes.
- Support the design and coordination of the annual training plan for programme cohorts.
Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Maintain a Continual Service Improvement (CSI) register for the Early Careers Programme.
- Identify opportunities to improve programme delivery, learning outcomes and operational processes.
- Track and report quality improvement initiatives and programme performance metrics.
- Provide programme performance statistics and reporting for the Early Careers Committee (ECC).
- Support programme reviews and improvement initiatives to ensure training delivery remains high quality and scalable.
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience supporting training delivery, teaching assistance, or learning programme facilitation.
- Experience implementing or supporting quality improvement initiatives or service improvement activities.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills when supporting learning or training environments.
- Ability to analyse programme performance data and support reporting activities.
Desirable
- Experience supporting early careers programmes, apprenticeships, internships or graduate programmes.
- Experience coordinating training schedules, curriculum delivery or learning programmes.
- Exposure to cybersecurity or IT concepts (not required but beneficial).
- Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks or service improvement registers.
This role requires practical judgement, organisational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously across an international programme. The Analyst will work with structured programme processes but will also identify opportunities to improve delivery, training quality and operational efficiency. The role requires strong communication and facilitation skills to support interns across multiple regions and ensure the programme delivers a consistent and high‑quality learning experience. The Analyst contributes directly to building a sustainable global cybersecurity talent pipeline, strengthening internal capability and reducing reliance on external recruitment.
