To support the day‑to‑day coordination and administration of defined projects within The UK Agri‑Tech Centre's programmes, ensuring smooth running of project activities, documentation, schedules, reporting and stakeholder communications. The Programme Coordinator supports both Project Managers and Programme Managers by maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking progress, managing timelines and assisting with risk, issue and dependency tracking. The role ensures delivery activities run efficiently and adhere to governance, assurance and reporting requirements.
Team Purpose: To ensure effective, integrated delivery of the company's programme portfolio through strong governance, coordinated planning, and oversight of risks, dependencies, outcomes and impact. The team provides structure, assurance and delivery leadership across all company programmes.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting planning, coordination and delivery of project and programme activities, updating schedules and milestones.
- Maintaining project and programme documentation including plans, RAID logs, status reports and meeting notes as directed by Programme & Project Managers.
- Coordinating meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and ensure follow up.
- Supporting tracking of risks, issues and dependencies, escalating when required.
- Assist Programme and Project Managers with schedules, reporting and delivery artefacts.
- Monitoring progress, gather updates and highlight concerns.
- Liaising with internal teams, partners and suppliers to coordinate delivery activities.
- Ensuring adherence to governance, assurance and reporting requirements.
- Supporting project closure activities, including documentation handover and lessons learned.

- Contribute to effective coordination that supports the achievement of programme objectives and outcomes.
- Ensure documentation and reporting support governance, assurance and compliance expectations.
Operational Responsibilities:
