Recovery Lighthouse, Worthing
£12.21 per hour
Average 43.75 Hours per week. Shifts are from 7:30am to 20:00pm on a rotating basis of 4 shifts one week and 3 shifts the following week, with alternating weekends (one on, one off).

Your daily role in recovery:
- Be a friendly and encouraging presence for clients throughout the day
- Assist with care planning, recovery goals, and maintaining routine
- Help clients prepare for and attend key appointments
- Monitor wellbeing, promote healthy daily living, and provide emotional support
- Prompt medication and carry out accurate record-keeping
- Ensure clients are engaging in meaningful therapeutic and social activities
- Support the team with daily operations, practical tasks, and service delivery
- Contribute to risk assessments and safeguarding processes
