About the Role:

As a Bank Therapist, you\'ll deliver group therapy sessions, facilitate the 12-step programme, and provide key working support to clients during their stay. This flexible, bank-based role is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact while managing their own schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate structured group therapy and psychoeducation sessions

Support clients through 1:1 keywork sessions

Deliver evidence-based therapy in line with UKAT\'s treatment model

Contribute to clinical meetings and care planning

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

What We\'re Looking For:

Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Counselling or equivalent

BACP or NCPS membership

Experience working in addiction, mental health, or a similar field
