Banbury Lodge, part of the UK\’s leading addiction treatment provider, is looking for a Therapist to join our dedicated team. We offer life-changing treatment for individuals struggling with addiction. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a therapeutic team that truly makes a difference.
What you\’ll do:
Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, and the 12-Step model
Develop and review personalised treatment plans
Provide support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey
Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team including nurses, support workers, and other therapists
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
What we\’re looking for:
A qualified Therapist, Counsellor or Psychotherapist (e.g., Level 4 Diploma or above in Counselling)
Experience working in addiction, mental health, or a related field is desirable
Knowledge of the 12-Step recovery model (preferred)
Excellent communication, empathy and interpersonal skills
Registration with a professional body (BACP/UKCP/NCS)

Competitive salary of £28,000 – £29,000 per annum
