Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour

Permanent 40 hours per week: 09:00 - 17:30

We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Support Worker to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
  • Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
  • Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
  • Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
  • Carrying out cleaning duties across multiple residential and clinical sites
  • Replenishing supplies and reporting any maintenance issues promptly
  • Following all health and safety and infection control procedures
  • Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)
  • A kind, empathetic, and patient nature
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • A genuine interest in addiction recovery and helping others
