Hourly Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: 43.75 Hours Per week: 19:30 - 08:00 / 1 week: 3 nights 2nd week: 4 nights on rotation

We’re currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Responding to any incidents or emergencies with confidence and care
- Providing emotional support to clients who may be restless or anxious
- Carrying out routine checks and light administrative tasks
- Maintaining a secure and calm environment in line with safeguarding policies

- Previous experience in a support or care setting (desirable but not essential)

The Recruitment Process:
- You will have an initial phone conversation with the talent acquisition specialist, which will be an informal chat and opportunity to ask questions about the position
- If you are successful in your initial phone conversation, you will be required to undertake an interview on-site or via video conference. (please note that if you have a video/in-person interview, you will be required to visit the centre at a later date for our 2nd stage interview)
