Hours: 07:30am - 22:30pm, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week including weekends. Weekend work required on a rotating basis.

Your Role as an Admissions Coordinator:
- You’ll play a vital role in guiding individuals on their recovery journey, ensuring a smooth and supportive admissions process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and digital platforms.
- Engage clients and families with empathy, professionalism, and clear judgement.
- Conduct structured discovery conversations and assess suitability for treatment.
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure safe, appropriate admissions.
- Identify risk, safeguarding concerns, and escalation needs.
- Progress enquiries through to confirmed admissions, managing follow-ups effectively.
- Deliver strong conversion outcomes while maintaining ethical and care standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and comply with GDPR, safeguarding, and healthcare regulations.
- Contribute to team learning, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
Who We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is confident, compassionate, and resilient, someone who can connect with clients over the phone, reassure them, and encourage them through the admissions process. First-hand experience of the recovery process or prior work in addiction services is desirable for this role. We are looking for individuals who can bring personal insight or professional expertise to support those on their recovery journey.

- Able to reassure, support, and guide individuals sensitively through the admissions process.
- Demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and sound judgement when handling complex and emotionally charged conversations.
- A genuine commitment to supporting individuals at a critical point in their recovery journey.
- Experience working in a target-driven or outcomes-focused environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
- Experience of using CRM systems and Google Suite.
- Desirable: First-hand experience of recovery or professional experience within addiction services.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, mental health, or admissions-focused role.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, boundaries, and confidentiality within a clinical or care setting.
