Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Director to join our team in London on a full-time, on-site basis. The Assistant Store Director will support daily store operations, lead, mentor and develop the store team, and ensure an exceptional, luxury-oriented customer experience. This role works closely with the Store Director to drive commercial performance and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage daily store operations to ensure seamless execution and high standards
- Drive commercial performance by executing sales strategies and achieving store KPIs
- Lead, coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, product knowledge and customer service skills
