Leisure & Recreation Attendant, Lionacleit Sports Centre (0678)
24 hours per week, Permanent post
£19,613 - £19,800 per annum, inclusive of £364 Distant Islands Allowance per annum
The post holder will be required to form part of a team providing pool lifeguard supervision and a range of other leisure facility services dependent on qualifications held or training provided by Comhairle nan Eilean Siar.
You must be able to work co-operatively as part of a team and have well-developed communication skills with adults and children.
It is essential that you hold a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.
This post is subject to membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme as a legal requirement of a regulated role with Children (Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme - mygov.scot).
Interviews will be conducted in person, providing candidates with the chance to personally meet the team and experience our work environment.
Salary for the above post is inclusive of Distant Islands Allowance. Appointment to the post will be on the first point of the grade.
